Jean Paul Agustin is the principal attorney of Agustin Law PLLC.

Leveraging nearly ten years of experience in family law, Jean Paul helps clients navigate difficult and challenging moments for their families. With each case, Jean Paul listens attentively to clients’ concerns, crafts thoughtful and practical strategies in collaboration with the client, and provides skilled and focused advocacy.

Jean Paul’s experience covers a wide range of family law issues, including divorce, custody, parenting time, paternity, orders for protection, third-party custody, child support, spousal maintenance, property division, and non-marital interests.

Jean Paul is skilled in settlement negotiations, motion practice, and trial. He is also well-versed in guiding clients through mediation and evaluation processes.

Before establishing Agustin Law PLLC, he worked in private practice for approximately seven years and served as a law clerk in the Minnesota Judicial Branch’s family court for two years. Jean Paul earned his law degree from the University of Minnesota Law School.

Beyond his legal practice, Jean Paul gives back to the community through Tubman and serves as a mock trial coach to the Minnesota State Bar Association Mock Trial. In his free time, he enjoys spending quality moments with family and friends, barbecuing, and cheering for the Jacksonville Jaguars.
